Even when I am willing to change and see something differently it can sometimes be a bit of a struggle. When change happens I find that it is seamless and effortless but what often gets in my way is thinking of myself as a static individual. It is easy to get lost in a world of transformation when I think of myself as static, like a static webpage that lacks interactivity and malleability. Change becomes more effortless and light hearted when I start to see the truth of my dynamic nature.
The illusion of dualism is something I don't fully comprehend and something human nature probably will never allow me to fully understand. However, dualism appears to be most real to me when I operate at a static level. I start to think thoughts of 'if only I was more self confident' or 'how can I teach that when I know I get lost myself from time to time'. Operating as a static individual means I am more inclined to want to get somewhere when in truth everything is in the here and now of a dynamic individuals reality.
In a dynamic mindset nothing is fixed or static. A dynamic mindset is more aligned with the reality of change. One of the few things guaranteed in life is that nothing ever stays the same, eventually change will come along regardless of whether we choose to accept it or not. A dynamic mind accepts this as reality. A dynamic mind doesn't see a personality as fixed in a certain way. A dynamic mind doesn't buy into the opinions of others perceptions of who they are. A dynamic mind lives in the here and now and makes the most of life for the experience that it is.
